This should've been a huge breakout year for Gardner. A great first half which lead to an AS appearance. He's now 54 for his last 252 for a .214 average. I'm beyond tired of his act.

Sevy is going to have to keep it right here.

2-2 come one guys get some runs on the board.

...damnit, I hope the missed opportunity in the first inning doesn't come back to bite them.

Gardner would serve the same purpose if he went up to the plate without a bat.

...^^^ but he's great chewer of gum...one of the very best I've ever seen.

Sevy got some chutzpah, his team mates to this point not so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!**^*&^&(*&^(&_(&)(&(&(&

The moment always seems to find the struggling player. With the lefty coming in do you still let Gardner hit?

Well better then an out. Puts it on the shoulders of Arod.

Again this kid is getting little support. C'mon A-Rod.

...Gardner and the Yanx got a break there...if the pitcher doesn't kick that ball it's an easy play for the SS.

Holy shit A-Roid, you couldn't have reached that with a fucking broom handle.

This lineup has just become generally predictable and boring. How many times do they score in the first and get blanked the rest of the way? How they fold up against this Jays team is laughable. It's supposed to be a big game against the Jays and it's a game they make worth turning off. I'm sorry but it's boring.

note to arod, 2 strikes on ya, way ahead of the count, more then likely they are going to throw 1 away from you, you will get this after you have been in the league a few more years

I hope this 1 run can hold up, but in the Homer Dome, this game could be far from over......nice Carlos, its about time......

Carlos Beltran has by far been the best hitter on this team for a very long stretch here. Way to go kid.

revere has to have the ugliest approach to hitting i have ever seen
