No one talks about politics anymore. People shout about politics, or end friendships about politics, or start threads with cuss word descriptions about politics. No one talks about it anymore....because no one wants information, they want confirmation.

People either lob hate at what they disagree with.....or they hang with those who agree, and do the internet high five thing over and over...confirming their superior knowledge and position on the subject. It's quite sad.

I haven't seen my fiancee in person since November of 2024. She lives in Britain and we were working in getting her immigrated here. What motivation would I have to merely talk politics? I’m already being fucked by politics, seems the correct thing to do in that situation is yell and try to get people’s attention that hey! Politics is fucking a lot of us right now!

Agreed. There is no room for people that have hatred in their hearts. Its not politics if someone that supposedly cares about me and my family are actively trying to take our rights away from us. They have no room at my table.
