True....the other missing context is he is the cheapest contract of those 14 so his production per $$ is impressive.

More points than shots. How many times over the years did we see Dame, CJ or Ant jack up tons of shots to get their points.....all making WAAAAY more money. Sometimes it happens.

yeah, it's a terribly small sample size for Banton and he does have an intriguing blend of length and ball-handling. But he has been chucking up a storm with low efficiency. He's 2nd on the team behind Ant in FGA/36 and FGA/100-p0ssessions, but 12th in TS%. He should be passing more and shooting less

as far as a Dame vs Banton chucking gauge: this year, for Portland, Banton is averaging 1.14 points/shot. Last season, Dame averaged 1.55 points/shot
