So who are your eight? Are the Raptors still a playoff team if Lowry leaves? Are the Bulls still with Wade there? Do the Pistons get in this year?
Raptors may be good without Lowry because they're a well run organization. Like Spurs out West but without championships. So....

Cavs, Cs, Bucks, Wiz, Rapts, Heat, Sixers, and Bulls, I guess?

You might not have seen the first part yet

The forum seems to be freaking out on me right now. Tweets aren't loading, or load then disappear.

I could have swore there was a tweet that said J.J. Redick was signing with the Lakers for $55 million/4 years, but when I tried to respond, it said I didn't have permission and now the tweet seems to be gone. I think the Russians, or maybe Allen Crabbe's agent, have hacked the forum.

God damn it BNM we get it you have the best basketball quality posts on here, stop destroying my dreams

yeah fuck allen crabbes contract...

Sorry, the facts are the facts. The cap went up another $5 million, but role players that are better than Crabbe are getting $15 - $20 million less.

I'm not saying I agreed but I really believe that they thought Crabbe was going to take the next big step

Fabricio Whatshisface with a Meyers-like contract.

What in tarnation.

Well, he did (kind of) - a big step sideways.

All we heard all season long from the Crabbe fanboys was that he wasn't overpaid, that $19 million for a bench player was the new norm, just wait until next summer when bench players are getting deals starting at $20 million a season, then Crabbe's deal won't look so bad.

Well, next summer is here and players that are solid starters and much better than Allen Crabbe are getting $15 - $20 million a less over four years that what Crabbe got.

The market has spoken and now it's going to be even harder to trade Crabbe and his bloated contract with a 15% trade kicker.

Hmm. I wonder if the Warriors trying to sign Gay means they've moved on already from Iggy. Or whether they were just kicking the tires.

JJ to Lakers was a fake tweet

Crabbe was awesome last year and we were elite when he took 10+ shots in the game. That has to be a priority next season. Make sure he gets shots because he will hit them.

Sure, all we need to do is convince the other team to leave him wide open. Of course we won more when Crabbe got more shots. Crap teams with poor defensive rotation give him more wide open shots. We would beat those teams just as easily if Crabbe took zero shots. Go back and look at how many of those "elite" wins were over MIN, PHI, LAL, SAC, BRK, etc.

BTW @KingSpeed - ZERO votes for 6th man of the year, not in the top 13.

Woj reported on TV that JJ had an offer from the 76ers for 20 million, but only for one season. They aren't looking to sign vets for long contracts. Wolves also in pursuit.

Do I owe somebody something?

How the hell is he a cancer? Never had issues during his whole career. If he was a cancer the Spurs wouldn't have signed him.
Left Grizzlies, Grizzlies got better. Left Raptors, Raptors got better. Spurs looking for same effect. Sign him and then get better after they trade him, I guess, lol.
