Pritchard sour grapes and didn't want to trade with us? Jerk.

Yes, but it's Olshey's fault. Never mind that Neil wasn't here when Pritchard was fired and there were two other GMs in between. It has to be Neil's fault. He's sitting on his hands, has no balls, and just not trying hard enough while EVERY other team is landing superstars left, right and center.

So Teague got 19 million per year? I thought salaries were suppose to be less this year in FA?

Sure, all we need to do is convince the other team to leave him wide open. Of course we won more when Crabbe got more shots. Crap teams with poor defensive rotation give him more wide open shots. We would beat those teams just as easily if Crabbe took zero shots. Go back and look at how many of those "elite" wins were over MIN, PHI, LAL, SAC, BRK, etc.

BTW @KingSpeed - ZERO votes for 6th man of the year, not in the top 13.

Teams are trying to reach agreements with their RFA's this year before open season so that Brooklyn won't try to match offer every available player. Maybe we should have done that last year? :smiley-bash:

Lamarcus says hi
They were willing to excuse that because he was an all-star. You really think they'd go after a role player coming off a major injury if he was also a "cancer"?

If we did that, we wouldn't have been able to sign Turner.

Maybe, but in the end, no one forced us to match.

Link? I saw $55 million for 4 years. That comes out to $13.75 million a year.

Eve if it was $19 million, that's the same as Crabbe, the cap has gone uo another $5 million and Teague is a starter and a way better player.

^^^ That would be great but in games where he will only take 2-3 shots, it's tough to hit that many '3's. If he isn't hot, he doesn't continue to shoot.

What are we, payin' for stories or we payin' for basketball, here?
For basketball. We picked a guy in second round and developed him and made him into a good player. We had to keep him. Or why draft anyone if you're gonna always let them go elsewhere when they begin to reach their potential?
