I would give a Lee/Thompson idea some serious consideration. Then move Wessy in a deal for Asik.

The problem with it, is that Lee is older than Aldridge, and I'm not really sold on Thompson as a real difference maker. We basically trade in Aldridge for an older model, no draft picks, and a guy that could be no better than Wes. Not really the best move the team could make.

Researched Klay some more. Nvm on that. I was kinda misguided by that 34/14 game he had in the playoffs. Seems more like an anomaly than a regular occurrence considering his mediocre performance in the other games.

He has a shitty PER. His shooting percentage is "meh" and I can't imagine he's a better defender than Wes. Much too much hype about Klay imo.

Aldridge/Kaman is pretty mediocre as well. Both scenarios scream "one and out" to me.

I see no reason why the blazers will grab kaman. He isn't even better than hickson; IMO. I think the kaman thing is a smoke screen.

But that offer was rejected, signaling that the price is in fact higher. If we had heard that the two sides "nearly" completed the deal or that extensive talks were being had, you'd get the impression as an outsider that the offer was at least in the ball-park

Golden State would do it because having Dwight and Aldridge; with curry is better than what they have now.
