What a fun team to watch. I still fully expect around 32 wins or so when it's all said or done (fatigue in the starting unit is eventually going to be a big issue) but what a fun starting unit.

Totally agree. If indeed we don't win a whole lot, at least this is the type of season you can enjoy even if you're losing seeing the young guns lead by Lillard play and grow.

Harden looked exhausted by the fourth quarter. When the game went to OT I knew the team had a chance. They seemed to have more left in the tank.

What else can you say about Lillard? What an impressive OT performance.

Going to read this thread on the plane..... just wanted to say that Harden was a -16 and Lin was a -17!!! Great win! Go Ducks!!!!!!

So who was the player of the game? Can we give it to any one guy? Every starter had some big moments in the game.

Wes with the big 3 to tie the game and then stopping Harden in the closing seconds to send it to OT.
Nic played impressive D, got a bunch of steal and a couple blocks and hit some big 3s.
LMA was our anchor offensively and nearly got a triple double.
Lillard got better and better as the game got closer to the end, scoring 8 in OT.

Great great win. Nik- I'm trying to take your mindset so that I'm not disappointed but I think we might be wrong. I wonder if there's any player we could pick up to boost our bench. It's not fair to the starters to watch the bench blow their lead. Maybe pick up Delonte West?

With what assets exactly? if you want to upgrade the bench then you have to have something people want. No matter which way I cock my head, I don't see much. I mean I guess you could always try to package flotsam like Nolan Smith together with Luke Babbitt and get some Louisville Sluggers and start knee capping opponents?

Day off here in Big D......just finishing up re watching the game from last night. Couple things stand out. Nic had a Pippen-esqe 2nd half and Lillard is a natural born leader. I watched him wave off LA(our all-star and leading scorer at that point of the game) to run a play with Nic. LA saw it and did what he was told. If LA already has respect for this kid, they are going to be a deadly combo.
