Why are people using a double negative to express that they think protests caused the spike?

Also, if protests caused the spike, wouldn't the spike correlate well with where there were the most protests? I don't think it does.

I should have said major cities. Not states.


This could be misssleading?

Most large cities are Blue. Most rural areas are red.

Most large cities are having the spikes( and protests) Most suburbs and outlying counties are not having spikes and are typically red.


But what I really think it comes down to is the ones in the city not wearing masks or taking precautions. Are they red? Blu?

I spoke maybe incorrectly when I inferred state by state numbers.

I have not looked at the numbers seriously in over a week now though, because, I just don't know what to trust. Is your graph accurate, or manipulated?
