It's weird, I've seen a lot of women (specifically women) on twitter actively campaigning for Melo to return to the Blazers.

im literally shaking at the idea of carmelo playing for the blazers next season

and people like her dont think about whats best for the team, they think about other things, like carmelo retiring a blazer, hiring becky (cause shes a woman and blazers would write a history etc)

didn't lala divorce melo this summer because he got caught cheating yet again? This time, getting another lady pregnant and flaking on medical bills apparently.

neither she nor Blazersedge made one peep about the Fentress article regarding Chauncey, fwiw. There's not one comment in any thread either leading me to believe that their mods are actively removing any reference to Chauncey's acquittal/innocence.

that site is shameless.

JA is 3 years younger than Nurk, a lot more durable, much more efficient scoring, pretty close on the boards. Nurk is a better defender and passer. In an open market, Nurk is not worth 25% over JA. Just my $0.02

I don't think Dia or whoever and people like her care about monogamy or being faithful. They care about women being sexually assaulted. So as much as I disagree with her on the presumption of guilt in the Chauncey case, she's not being a hypocrite.

They should care that he is being accused of ignoring his kids that were in nicu. Shows you the character he has if the accusation is true.

brother, nurk signed 4/48 (of which 40 mil were guaranteed) and allen is about to sign 5/100, but even if we convert it to 4 year contract, it will be 4/80

at that point in their careers (rookie contract expiration), allen is not worth 40 mil more guaranteed money than nurk, thats laughable to say the least

but nurk got his contract in worst time for free agents and now is obviously a good time for free agents, just like 2016

That is not what I wrote. I took your word that you believe Nurk will get 4/100 (same contract as in 100, but for 4 years) - which will be 25% more than JA. I do not think he is worth it. I would have no issues with Nurk getting a 4/80 or 5/100 - which is the same contract JA is supposedly going to get. If you wanted to say 4/80 - that seems fine to me and market correct. I just assumed, maybe wrongly, that you thought he would get 100 for 4 years.

you understood it correctly, but theres no way nurk is taking less than some guys, unless market fucks him yet again

all signs point to him having a career year (contract year + chauncey billups), mark my words thats hes gonna turn some heads in the nba world this upcoming season

even if nurk gets 5/100 like allen, i still find it insulting to nurk

Someone brought it up in the comments under the article last week about the Hetzel hiring. There was a discussion about it, but not one mod or anyone from the site commented on it.

Actually, someone posted the article from Fentress as a fanpost. Dave wrote some bullshit about how it's already being discussed somewhere else (where?) and then closed the comments on it. It then died out.
