From top to bottom, is Portland's roster this year more talented than last year's?

Gotta work on the teams offense a lot.

Well, even if we lose this game, I'm happy with how our starters played (except for CJ), but our bench man...... our bench is a real issue.

I'm not really impressed with Denver, even if you take into account missing Jokic for as much as they did.

I mean, they're good, but I think the sloppiness of the game as more to do with Portlands new players not knowing each other yet.

60% from three is a fluke as well. That's not sustainable at all.

They don't look any better than last year, and that wasn't good enough then. We look to have more talent, but given how many changes we made, it will take time to gel.

oh well. get the next one. but yeah the 3 point shooting is an issue. You cant miss as many wide open 3 point shots as we did tonight. Thats what bad teams do.

One would hope, but the Blazers 3 point defense this year (well, pre-season and tonight) has been inept at best.

Even if we lose there's sooo much to be happy about and build on.

Just glad the season is here!

I hate Jokic. Only cuz he balls in a fat way that is just something else.

I think it's gonna take a month for the team to start gelling, and by January, they'll be a much better team.

I’m encouraged. If CJ has a halfway decent shooting game we probably win. It’s a tough draw to get an upper half western conference team for your opening game when you have so many new pieces.

Dame was Dame.
Hassan looks like a major difference maker.
Zach had a very nice game.
Love Baze’s hustle.
Skal played some nice minutes.
Hood was steady.

Blazers basketball is back!
