Is this the longest losing streak we've had since the 13 game? I'm pretty sure it is.

Lottery balls....lottery balls.....lottery balls

Yall blaming Stotts for that collapse? come on

Yeah I'm blaming Stotts for not telling the players to foul before Brewer could get a three off to conserve our lead in regulation..I blame him for not calling a timeout when we got the ball with a chance to tie at the end of overtime...yes I fucking blame him.

Does anyone still think Stotts will be the coach next season?
I don't think the blazers would can him after the roster they dealt him. They know they have the lowest payroll in the league by a long shot and had massive roster turnover

It's funny how you think better players would mask Stotts deficiencies as a coach.

I'm not saying they would, I don't like this teams defense. But having two guards who are both 6'3", and a SF who shoots way too many 3's and can't create for himself and almost no threat offensively from anyone else on the team is a significantly bigger issue than the coach.

Should've called a TO and drawn up a play for a three.
Yes, but that's got nothing to do with the collapse. He didn't throw a cross court pass with 30 seconds left. He didn't try to drive into 3 players for a two when we needed a three. Players playin fuckin stupid.

He did. They tried to but Crabbe couldn't. Poor execution.

I choose to see the bright side in this. We played a much more experienced and talented team tough ... and are one loss closer to a top pick in the draft.

Yeah a pick closer to another promising player who will spend the first year of his career on the injured list then have a subpar career with Portland before we trade him for a second rounder

We didn't even get a second rounder for Oden or Roy.

Wow. That just hit me, the Rise With Us trio of Roy/Aldridge/Oden is gone and we got zero in return. Amazing.

These guys make blowing 20 point leads routine....

I guess I am ready to believe at this point that Stotts has made a decision to not call timeouts, to let them work things out for themselves, to grow as players; and if that means losses, that's OK.

He should have stayed an assistant coach...that's about all he's good for

This is a different group of guys that blows leads just like last year's team...

Thing is, they're not working things out. They're not learning from shit

3 years ago I knew we were a lottery team but could compete every night

2 years ago I was surprised that we not only competed but WON!

1 year ago was met with expectations and barely meeting them (too many double digit come from behind Ws).

I was cautiously optimistic that this team could be like that team three years ago. Not gonna happen. I’m numb. Worst thing about it, not one lottery pick will turn this around. We need vets. We will be in lottery limbo for 3 or 4 years. Then we better be competitive or Dame will find a place to be competitive. That's my only fear in all this

All you Stotts haters crack me up. For the last three seasons he rode his main horses hard...probably too hard. He was doing his best to win because he was under pressure to win. This season its like he's been given some of the same freedom he is giving his players. Or maybe he's under orders to play certain players. But he's spreading out the playing time and letting the players make their mistakes and find their way. That is a pretty radical departure from seasons past. I feel like he's almost having fun playing with all the various pieces. He knows they aren't playoff material so he gets to spend the season seeing what works and what doesn't. Which guys might be "long run" material and who's a rental. And I would bet PA and NO are just fine with that, if they didn't outright direct him to do it. We all knew we were in for a long rough season. So relax and enjoy the ride. And anyway, the last thing they need to do with pretty much an entirely new team is to bring in a new coach. I doubt there's one out there who could do any better this particular season.....

This is definately getting harder and harder to watch

Frazier looked good in his brief stint tonight. He was running the offense like a traditional PG should. I think we need to see more of him.
