Cavs are on a 5-game losing streak, and this game will be the 2nd night of a back-to-back.

So the Blazers have a legitimate chance to win this one.

But the Blazers are on a 3-game skid themselves, and are battling injuries to their better players.

What say you: who stops their losing skid first? The Cavs or the Cav-nots (read Blazers)?

looks like we get another team missing key players.

Perfect time for Love to impress Olshey with his defense. I can't say I even know any of their 1-3 starters.

i can't believe the people on Facebook are saying that Skal is better than Whiteside. JFC.

watching people on Facebook is like watching people at Walmart.

Skal had a great game last night, but let's not get carried away.
He is a borderline NBA player, whose presence in the lineup does nothing other than highlight just how depleted this team is.
That being said, there isn't much of a drop off, offensively, between he and Whiteside.
This season has done nothing but emphasize what I've always felt:
Damian Lillard is the best player on the team.
But, Jusuf Nurkic is far and away the Most Valuble, and until he gets back, nothing really matters.

Imagine if Lillard comes back and we still lose.

The Meltdown would be insane

Did you forget , with Lillard playing 37 minutes and scoring 39 points, and Whiteside going 22 and 11, that we lost to the Golden State Warriors, the team with the worst record in the NBA? With one home win (the Blazers).

Did something change since then that would warrant a meltdown? Amnesia take hold?

But we got to WCF without Nurkic. So something matters.

Hey DW. You can take Pau off our injured list now that he has been cut from the team.

I hate saying this in November, but this game is must-win. Mavs just beat them by 42 and we need to beat bad teams to dig out of the hole we are in. We've barely won in our last two victories. Overtime to beat Hawks and 15 point comeback in San Antonio. What this team needs more than anything is a blowout victory. If we can't do this in Cleveland, I'm starting to think Dame should sit the rest of the season so that we may land James Wiseman.

Sit the season? No. And wed have at best a 14% chance at a him.

I’m split on the player question.
Bazemore isn’t playing well and has a large contract and Tolliver is a pretty good option also.
I would have to think Baze with an expiring contract has more value but they sure could use a good player in that position?

also, the red throwback jerseys are dope and everything, but we dont need to wear them any more.
I know it’s not a popular take but I think they are ugly as all get out.
