I hope, if there's any kind of silver lining with the last 3 games, that it help Trent and Simons production when things get back to normal (health wise).

Simons the last 3 games helps this team a lot more than he hurts it (when the team is healthy). Simons the previous 14 games sucked ass and was a huge detriment to the team.

He did not draw this up!!’ Dame broke the play!!! Stotts the baffoon draw up lob pass to LA. Lillard stated this many times in interviews

Tell that to the guy who said Stotts drew up the same play tonight!

uh, i literally said the exact same thing about Dame getting the ball even if it wasn't for him, but I was wrong. it wasn't the same set. :
Ya it is. Similar design and that play for Aldridge that dame audibled and ran to the nearside. He had a similar shot vs OKC the following year. This was using Dame as a decoy to run to the corner for some reason and take his defender right where the ball was going.

You're right it wasn't similar. It was much much much much worse.

Even if we were to have won tonight, it's still an unsustainable style of play. We waste so much time on offense and then when we do get into a "Set" it's iso or one-pass then shot. Defense plays in spurts which won't cut it in today's NBA.

New coaching staff and management, PLEASE!

I'm glad you changed to something that can't be factually disproven and is now just an opinion.

Oh jesus. Melo actually committed an inbounds violation on the final play. His right foot is over the line before he releases. He also woulda had Hood WIIIIIDE OPEN if he threw it to the weakside.

Houston scores 104 points, Woods is held to below his average (despite career high predictions), and people want to blame this on the defense.

How about missing 12 of 24 shots from 5ft which is well below league average from that range? That's the ball game folks.

Good catch! Wonder if that's reviewable (had we scored)?

I bet Stotts drew it up that way!

"I blew it." Gary Trent on missing a late layup.

Lmaooo your best example is an improvised play? Lmaoooo

Sorry, I had that bad boy on copy and paste because someone thought we ran the same "improvised play" tonight.

Here's a couple more. Not a ton of game winning plays under 1 second to choose from in the NBA. It's a rare thing.

This team needs to two step back this year to get better in the future. Because right now we are not a playoff team. We might be if we are healthy and that's means Nurk Zach CJ Covington are playing. But with them out our young players going to play and hopefully get better. But will Olshey have the balls and let Stotts go after the season or is going be safe by the injuries. But I like to see a change at coaching position.

Tried to tell ya

I’m glad everybody feeling like I been trying to tel ya

I told ya so

MAGA math.

I don't talk politics and I'm guessing since you're trying to talk politics, you don't want to own your statement.

A person who thinks listing 3 players out of roughly 100 is a strong example is grasping (especially when 1 of his 3 was benched before coming here).

your continuous defense of Terry is grating. Like blinders on. 6 yrs into this Dame era and he still can't solve a trap.

What compliment did I give Stotts tonight?

Because I don't make things up to bash him makes me blind? The guy is far from fantastic, so I wonder why people have to resort to making up things to show he's not great.

Let me repeat for the umpteen time:

I'm 100% ok if Stotts get fired. It won't make us a finals contender like some think, but it will start the clock on Olshey, who has not built a roster who can get the finals. No Blazers coach will get to the finals under Olshey, anyone want to take me up on that bet?

Might have a point there. You probably got to get rid of both to get rid of Olshey. Not that i have a problem with that either.

I liked the irony of getting our ass kicked by a g league product.

They will when the writing is on the wall besides do him a favor he’s rotting away on this franchise

Nah, he will play here till he retires. The Blazers probably still won't have a championship
