The Good: Dame scored 30 and Vonleh had 11 rebounds. Maybe get Noah a few more shots after his double/double.
The Bad: So if you are 1-14 (CJ) maybe do some other things? 0 assists and 3 TOs instead.
The Ugly: Mo Problems....and almost nothing else. 1 pt, 0 rebs, 0 assts, 0 stls, 0 blocks....damn, return your game check.

I feel like philly fans have more to be excited about in the next couple years than blazer fans do which is pretty sad. I mean yeah we have Dame and cj but what’s nurks ceiling? And are harkless and turner even worth anything? Olshey talked crazy about assets but I don’t see any here. The value of guys like harkless and Leonard, turner is so bad. We have no free agent success and we aren’t gonna be a lottery team so how do we even upgrade? Traded up to get Collins for what? To sit there and wait to try and develop? Could of gotten somebody better at 10

Everything else is right except for your take on Collins. Who knows if that's a hit or miss? Nobody does.

The problem is, he can't make the veteran value signings that a small market team like Portland needs to make.

Could've potentially had Jonathan Simmons or Tyreke (6MOY) Evans for the MLE this summer.

Could've had James Johnson for anything more than the minimum last summer. Imagine using the money spent on Ezeli/Turner on him and Tyreke this summer.

If we had James Johnson and Tyreke Evans, we'd be phenomenal right now. Good, multiple position defenders, can create for others and slash, can play multiple roles/positions offensively, and shoot. Johnson's the veteran leader we need.

Never looked at the box score tonight, but I remember Ed blocking an Embid shot, then ET pushed the ball to Bazz who swung it to Dame for a corner 3.

I thought Vonleh did the best job on Simmons, I don't know why Stotts didn't use him more. Dame played hard, Baz played well, as did Vonleh, Nurk was OK in the second half; everyone else was terrible. Baz should have gotten some of CJ's minutes, CJ had a mare. Philly seemed to get away with a lot of moving screens. Philly played way better than us as a team, they're clearly buying what Brett Brown is selling. We don't seem to be listening to Stotts, or playing as a team; we're a bunch of individuals. I don't mind Stotts, it's not as though I don't have my criticisms, it's just that I don't think there's a great number of NBA coaches who are better. That said, I'd rather have Brett Brown; but I'm biased because of his time Down Under, he's an adopted Australian.
