I've been saying that really for about a year, but especially after the Pelicans thing. I even "like" Terry I think he's a good guy. I just think we've seen his offense, we've seen his schemes and every year he says it's going to be different with new "wrinkles" and it always ends up the SAME. Also his actual in-game coaching has never been good, he never makes good adjustments on the fly. They just do the same things over and over... I know he's an alright coach, but they really need to see if new philosophy's will benefit them or it's just the roster.

Look no further than the Bucks with Budenholzer. That team went from an also ran to a contender just with a coaching change. Take the hint, Neil!!
