This season is toast. 7-5 at home. Stotts now 3-9 vs the sorry Bucks franchise. Can't believe people pay to watch this crap.

I'll be watching in Section 311 since I already paid to watch this crap.

Btw if we lose the season isn't over. Look at the thread title. It's game #23. There's 82 games in a season. There's 59 to go after this one. If you make a quarter piece of pie it doesn't mean you made a whole pie.

If you only have a quarter it doesn't mean you can buy something at the dollar store.

We’ve played the easiest stretch of our schedule. Anyone saying there isn’t serious reason for concern is delusional.

People who thought Portland would have 18-20 wins by now are the delusional ones.
People who freak out that Portland is showing to be a middle of the pack team, unlike the elite team they hoped are the delusional ones.
People who realized half the league are middle of the pack, inconsistent, and can beat or lose to anyone. Are far from delusional.

Just because Portland isn't meeting your expectations, and some of us aren't freaking out about it. Doesn't mean we're the delusional ones. It means you didn't judge the team correctly.
But it's cool, easier to find people to block until the end of the season so I don't have to read their posts in game threads if they show their colors on the first page.

Unless Portland goes 82-0 the season is always over! Trade, fire, change owners. Everyone has to go. Drain the swamp!

Well after the Pelicans the Blazers play against the wizards and then against the rockets and Warriors. Blazers better win this and the Washington game

They'll be on second night of b2b.

As for the poll, is this a joke? Nurk is actually doubling up Cuz? Boogie is a legit first team all nba caliber this year. He's a top 10 player.
ALERT, ALERT: Nurk hater detected

Tough game. Must win game. We gotta win this winnable games at home. After the L to the Bucks, this is a must win.

Are we going to just ignore their great road record of 6-4? K .........

18-20 wins isn't delusional at all. A handful of points seperate us from that. Most of our losses are with a point or two...they go the other way and we have that record. Nothing delusional about it...just finishing games about as strong as Connaughton is finishing at the basket.

Hey, I'll take it. They usually have a losing record on the road.

What do the contracts for Nurk and Boogie look like currently?

You have a good point here FAMS. I ain’t giving up on my boys, but it does concern me how we handled the favorable part of our schedule.

I’m so confused. You got a link or diagrams to help get your point across?

Curious about the poll question, regardless of how you feel about Cousins as a person, he is one of the best bigs in the game. Shit, even Nurk would trade himself for Boogie in a second.

18-20 wins in Portlands first 22 games is delusional.
Portland is not that good, the roster is flawed. Everyone knew it was flawed coming into the season as well.
To then see how strong the West got and still expect 18-20 wins in the first 22 games is silly.

I didn't expect it, I am just saying its not as delusional as you make it out to be, as most the Blazers losses are close, and had they gone the other way, we could seeing such a record at this point or close to it.

Yeah, sentiments exactly. Win while you can. The Pelicans are going to have Davis this time so its going to be tough...heck we barely beat them without him. Blazers need ro come to play. Wizards are going to want to avenge their loss to us a few weeks ago. Houston and the Warriors right after one another...damn...not cool NBA...if we can somehow get one of those games I'd be happy. If we somehow found a way to beat both Houston and GS my balls would find a way to drop again.

Thats just it!!! They DIDN"T! Just look at the Win Prediction Thread. It's comical.
