He said all he is doing is running up and court. He didn't mention names but his remarks was toward both of our guards that all they did was shoot majority of the shots.

Obviously one training session won’t greatly improve our defence, but at least they recognised it, and worked on it. It’s better than doing nothing.

The key will be recognising that this is just the first step. That they have to keep working hard and smart on D for us to get any better.
