This will be quite the test.

It's the Lakers' first game since the passing of Kobe. And it will be in L.A. On ESPN.

Not to mention the fact that by the time this game rolls around, the Lakers will have had 5 full days off.

So the Blazers get to play a home team that will be fired up with the crowd equally as amped; a team that is well-rested and well-prepared; a team that is the best in the West right now.

It seems like such a daunting challenge to face this opponent at this time, but if the Blazers are going to have any shot at winning, I think Lillard needs to somehow pull off another spectacular performance.

For the past 2 weeks, Dame has been on a torrid streak. He's the first Blazer ever to score 30+ points in 6 straght games. He just notched his first triple-double in his career, a few games after scoring a career-high 61 points. This man is straight-up ridiculous right now.

You can bet all eyes will be on this game, so wouldn't it be oh so sweet if Lillard can have another dazzling game, helping the Blazers upset the Lakers when the whole nation is watching? This Blazers fan can certainly hope.

Yeah, not counting on us to win this one. Wouldn't mind normally, but hope it doesnt have us missing the playoffs by 1 game.

I said win but it's close. If we're gonna lose anyway, it would be cool for Dame to score 82.

Not that we ever get the benefit of the whistle against the Lakers, but to win this we are going to have to overcome a lot. This is the ultimate ambush scenario.

I just hope Dame continue to scores 30+. This is a tough game, they will be very hungry for kobe. Im ok with that. Saturday night is a must win!

The way i see it, Lebron is either gonna go off and try to get 81, or the team is still too shellshocked to play very well.
This game is not about the Blazers, in any way, shape, or form.

There would be something cool about Blazers winning the game, and Dame sitting on 80 pts and intentionally missing two free-throws. It's moot as it would get anywhere near that and the league will make sure of that.

Feels like when Paul died and the Lakers came to town except backwards and amplified ten fold

Lebron try to beat more of Kobe's records...likely....81+ points....doubtful
