I agree he needs a big man coach but I don’t care who you are at that size and height with that skill you should not be missing that many easy layups in half a season so far regardless of having a coach or not

I think it's a confidence thing. You get a Kareem type to show him that he needs to commit to a specific arsenal of moves to the basket.... and he will develop.
