Meyers tucks his arms into his body when he defends, then when he tries to raise them, he always catches the defender while raising his arms.

I noticed that too. This team in general has a tendency to make stupid fouls just waving their arms around at everything. It's like no one has taught them any basic defensive fundamentals.
