Oh, which reminds me, gotta get this shirt in the watch. GAME TOMORROW!

I'm sorry guys... I'm not trying to be negative... such a huge win. You just knew it was going in....

I'm just so tired of watching our bench blow a lead, and play like shit. Freeland was huge though.

Seriously? Only me?

Dude, our bench scored 16 tonight. Cleveland's bench scored 50.

It's concerning. Our starters have had to play out of their minds.

Not quite apples to apples since their bench put up 47 shots as opposed to our 20. But yeah, our bench was 6 for 20 (with 2 being 3s). I would like to see Claver get a shot at some point. He's a smart and active defender who I don't think would be giving up so many offensive rebounds. It seems that every game we see someone blow right by Wright for an offensive rebound. I'm sure that's on his scouting report by now...

Cleveland had 2 bench players that played more than 2 of their starters. To me they are essentially starters.

I see where you're coming from, and agree to a degree. I think some people are waiting to see if CJ can bring some scoring punch to the bench, while also recognizing our starters aren't averaging INSANE minutes (although it'd be nice to see Aldridge, Lillard, and Batum's come down slightly). I also think that there's times where we have 2-3 starters playing with 2-3 bench guys, and in those circumstances the starters' role is to continue to score primarily. So you get a disparity based upon good strategy that is a result of the bench guys playing their roles. Would I love another productive bench player? Abso-freaking-lutely! Would I trade 2 or more of our guys who are currently playing decent minutes off of the bench? Probably not unless it's someone who can play 25-30 mpg at a very high level.

What Waiters did is what I expect from CJ -- instant offense.

I can't wait to see this backcourt.

I don't expect our bench to score 50. The teams that have benches that score that much have weak starting units, but I would be thrilled with 25 points per game from our bench.

Post after post? Maybe you're only noticing the ones that annoy you? I make like 100 posts a day. Maybe 5 of those are about the bench.

I bought a lottery ticket tonight but I decided to use all my mojo on that last play. I can just rip my ticket up now.

I've been bitching about Wright and Williams. I actually don't mind Williams as much, because he redeems himself more often. But over the last month, Wright has only shot 33% or better from 3pt in six games. But he hurts us in other areas.
