Yep, when Rolo went down, we seemed alright until we lost Freeland too.

Over the last two seasons, our record when he played and wasn't injured was WAY BETTER than our record when he was injured. We are going to miss you Joel!

He certainly was a good bench player for our team. He knew his role, did it well, and most importantly he didn't bitch about it!

His improvement from his rookie year to his second year was almost miraculous. He renewed my faith in the ability to respond to coaching in the NBA. I am frankly astonished that his play was not appreciated more by other teams. Perhaps it's that he seemed too injury-prone. I'll certainly be checking out CSKA games next year.
