simons, grant & ayton will likely stand in their way, cause these guys want shots and it will slow down youngins development

in game practice is the best possible practice, let them play with freedom and through mistakes

sharpe will be in his 3rd season, he has to make a leap, you dont want to push him down in the pecking order

im not saying scoot wont improve during the off-season, but after seeing ben simmons looking really, really good every year in the off-season videos, i tend not to believe what i see in the videos anymore

I do worry about the hamstrings and calf strains if the calves and thighs get too big. I also wonder if too much leg weight training affects one's vertical leap. Any trainers out there?
