I wonder what Wiggins and 2 1st round picks could bring back compared to CJ and 1 1st rounder? Wiggins is only 23 and is locked up for 5 more years albeit at an astronomical rate. I just wonder if there is a team out there that would think they could fix him.
What about this:
http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y99vfpn3
Blazers get Z-Bo (expiring), Iman Shumpert (expiring), Kostas Koufos (expiring), Buddy Hield, and Willie Cauley-Stein
Wolves get CJ, Evan Turner, and Deyonta Davis
Kings get Andrew Wiggins, Meyers Leonard, and Gorgui Dieng
Who says no? Would there have to be picks involved? The Blazers save over $14 million this season putting them below the luxury tax line. It also gets rid of over $52.5 million in contracts for next season (minus if WCS re-signs). I don't necessarily like the amount of talent coming back for CJ but it would basically reset our whole financial situation. Hield still has potential and I think would fit well with Dame. A WCS/Collins big man duo off the bench would be pretty solid too. Is getting that little for CJ worth getting rid of Turner and Leonard? Would the Kings owner sign off on trading Hield?
