I got a 104 lb Cain CorsoSo do we. We have a 10lb female who waits till our 100lb male is laying down, and then pounces on him and humps his head. He just lays there and looks martyred.
Sorta the way I imagine Sly's home life!![]()
I got a 104 lb Cain Corso
85 lb German Sheppard

Awesome! we did the rescue on the Cain Corso and the Sheppard but my wife got the Bully from her mom. Not really a rescue.Nice! Our 3 are all rescues, so only the geriatric Staffy is an identifiable breed. The other 2 are generally just refered to as "Moose and Squirel".
Better to stay on top of it and glad i have them trained to poop in a general area. And A LOT of poop!
Broooooo i feel you. I hate almost Everything about MEEJAY's Game, he is Cancer for the team when his shot is not falling. He talked before the Season about becoming a better Combo guard and want to pass more, but he is stil the same Player like he was before and is allways looking for his own shot. Fuck MeeJay, i can't watch this iso chucker anymore (and btw 35% 3pt%, Dude get's worse and worse every yearCJ is driving me fucking crazy. Him playing crunch multiple times a game just sucks the life out the team. Watching him cross cross cross cross dudes over while some other player is standing there open with his hands ready for the pass...that never comes. It just kills me. When he hits the shot, these days, and last season quite a bit, the feeling inside is "okay, fine." That's not right; the feeling should be a fist pumping "yes!" like Dame gets (and deserves). I don't think I can take it anymore so I came here to the land of meltdowns to vent.
What makes it worse, so so much worse, is that there is .0001% chance Olshey will ever trade CJ. So I have to watch this soul destroying iso basketball for-fucking-ever. Unless, I suppose, Stotts is shown the door and the new coach reins CJ in. But it's looking as if it'll take missing the playoffs or getting swept again to get Stotts fired. Maybe. So I can count on stuffing wall-punching rage every few games. Seems healthy.
Alright, I'm done. Go Blazers.

No need to stop there. That is probably the most hated thing about this team. CJ dribble dribble dribble crossover crossoverback crossover shoot a sideways step back jumper CLANK! Never once thought about passing the ball???????CJ is driving me fucking crazy. Him playing crunch multiple times a game just sucks the life out the team. There are times the guy simply doesn't even see another player on the court. I can see him practicing that against nobody on an open court. The reason teams let him is because they have all seen the video. They know what is coming!MeeJay..... seems appropriate.

Guess that's one way to look at it but i would hardly say CJ had a great series. He had one good 38 point game in game four. but 1-3 he averaged 20.5 and shot under 40%. Couldn't buy a three. Then there was Aminu doing his best to shoot them out of the series but don't get me started. Same thing happened last night against the Mavs. Dude gets a steal or two and everyone calls him a defensive specialist? WTF?theory mode: it's a rope-a-dope strategy that more and more teams are employing. They've all seen video of the Pelican series and the lesson is this - tilt your defense heavy toward Dame and make life miserable for Dame as a scorer and play-maker; it will leave the floor open for CJ and he'll take the ball and dribble and dribble and dribble then shoot. Even if he's hitting his shots at a high clip he can't beat any team because he gets nobody else involved and his teammates stand and watch. CJ had a great series statistically against the Pelicans, but the Pels didn't care. They still didn't care when they advanced to the 2nd round and CJ went fishing
His Defense is pretty overrated imo, 1on1 he is mostly good but nothing special, and his Off Ball Defense can be really bad, last night he lost barnes several Times, and Barnes had a lot of open 3s.Guess that's one way to look at it but i would hardly say CJ had a great series. With the rules they are today and the emphasis on things this year especially I think we have to rethink what good defense is. A lock down defender 15 years ago could basically mug someone and get away with it. A Great defender now, is just someone who can consistently bother someone's shot, who can for the most part stay in front of them, and once in a while will get a steal or a block, at least in the sense of one on one defense. Aminu actually is good at almost all those things. More than ever, defense is a team thing, because of the rules being slanted to the offensive player, the team has to do a lot of work, to keep one player under wraps. That's why so many guys can consistently put up big numbers, or scoring out bursts, once someone gets into a rhythm it can be almost impossible to cool them off without throwing everything you have at them. That's really the worst part of Moe and Aminu to me, their defense considering the rules of today is good. There offense is so off and on, that teams BEG them to shoot, they sell out for Dame and basically say can those guys beat us? The answer in the playoffs has been no. The answer to why they lose games is usually because one or both of them couldn't hit enough shots to get the defenses respect.Guess that's one way to look at it but i would hardly say CJ had a great series. Very good points about defense. The game has changed and it is geared toward offense no question. With the rules they are today and the emphasis on things this year especially I think we have to rethink what good defense is.
