It's funny, when I heard about Olshey making a max offer to Hibbert, the first thing I thought was KP should counter with a toxic offer to Nico. LOL

If Belinelli got 42M/4........ Afflao 10.2M a year and Wallace just signed a 42M/4 why is it hard to imagine Nic getting 11-12M a season?
Affalo is 3 years older then Batum and was at his peek when he signed that contract. Guy is nothing but a 3 shooter and a defender.
I'd love to see how Kahn's mind works.
He trades the 18th pick for Chase Budinger, he has Martell Webster and Wesley Johnson at SF, and now he's going to throw $12m/y at a player who is at best a 3rd option offensively?
You did not even mention Derrick Williams. He is listed as a SF and at the very least will get some minutes there unless they make a big trade. It's almost like he is just fucking with the Blazers thinking they will match no matter what.

I may be wrong but the Wolves can only offer something in the $42m range, right?
How did that work out for those teams? Are they now in a position to contend for a title since they desperately spent money on the best available crappy free agent they could get?
Kwame Brown got $7million in December, that doesn't mean it would be smart to give Pryzbilla 8!
Every offseason tons of horrific contracts are handed out, I hope the Blazers are smarter then that. A chimp sitting on his ass eating bananas and signing nobody would do better then a handful of GM's every summer.
If Batum signs a 4yr/$50 million offer sheet, he would be making only 500K less than LaMarcus next season
batum is worth 11 million statistically RIGHT NOW
Haynes: Minnesota his Batum's preferred destination.
Chris Haynes @ChrisBHaynes
The teams outside of Portland that are courting Nicolas Batum, Minnesota is his preferred destination.
S&T time...
A resigned Batum and Shawne Williams for Derrick Williams and Minny's 2013 first round pick with no protection sounds about right to me!
You're dreaming buddy^
