It tells you that he is in fact the manager of Portland Diamond project. And that they do in fact have equity to back up the securities they are proposing to have. That is why it's called a security and exchange notice of exempt offering. Try to keep up here. This id Form D. It is filed federal. That means in Washington DC in case you can't read it. It tells you that it is an LLC (Limited Liability Corporation)
Now if you want me to tell you what Securities he is selling i cant do that because they have not been sold as of yet. But it does seem to me that he is using something as a form of collateral to get leverage.

Again this man has a 3.9 respectability rating out of 4.0 He is not going to pull out and leave a bunch of people hanging if he wants to hold onto his reputation. You do realize what Reputation rating is all about right? Don't look to Donald Trump to show you a good one. It ain't there.

It appears to me that they are looking to raise $6 M.

Yes on this offering they made 6 million available but only actually sold 500K. Totally missed the point but you can read. Try going to issuer size.

Nice picture on that moniker though. However it doesn't really seem you are smarter than others on here?

You are going to stand your ground that you believe this is all a ruse. That is fine with me. Have a nice day.

So what do you think about making $6 M available?

i honestly hope portland never gets an MLB team. the stadium would be overran by bums and antifa.

what a shithole city portland has become.

I’d rather go to a preseason NBA game than a World Series game.

You know, it's super funny. one of my bucket list things is to sit courtside at an NBA game (In row AA, not just on courtside), but I can't stomach paying $600 for 2 hours of game.

Whereass I can still go to Wrigley Field for somewhere around $100 and sit in a perfectly good seat and enjoy the outdoors and all the splendor and history of the greatest game on earth.

I like the part when somebody finally hits a ball

Sucks you don't appreciate the true beauty of the game. Every pitch is huge. Every. Single. One.

On a 2-1 count, a ball off the plate by an inch can determine the entire game.

We just dont live in a society that appreciates nuance anymore, and it's sad.

Obviously you didn't just watch the world series. 18 innings of pure entertainment in one night.
Nah. Was in my hotel in Orlando that night I think. Saw it all over twitter. Turned it on and watched a bit of the 14th inning, and that was enough for me.

I thought the point of this sub was, "Baseball in Portland," not "I hate baseball and think it's boring." We already know that. You don't win a fucking prize for repeating it over and over. I hate Nickelback. If I thought saying it over and over again, would make me cool, I'd just put it in my avatar.
