Happy birthday to one of the most complex and amazing artists who was ever put forth on this firmament. He birthed an entirely new way of playing "Ya-ding" guitar and taught a generation of suburban kids a new way to rock. So Happy Birthday to the Mod Father, Pete Townsend!

It's a whole series. The poor little baby Triceratops (named Teri) got lost after she hatched because her egg had rolled down a hill away from her mom. The song preceeding this has her wandering through the forest, so sad and lonely.

I've heard people say that "hip hop is dead", or that "they don't make it like they used to" they just don't know where to look.

This is top notch. Didn't know De La had a new album coming out, I'm going to have to peep that.
 
I'm really feeling that Pain track ft Snoop, got a real nice beat.

Ynwie Malmsteen. That is a name in todays' music I recognize. Many are new and sound like what the corporations want....
 
Kyuss..... man that band is some heavy Juju! They are like the Velvet Underground of Stoner Rock. I'd wish Josh Homme would get back together with Garcia, Oliveri, and Bjork for a tour. But they hate his guts from the court cases.

It's a Kickstart program I backed. They're creating their own music to sample. They have no studio backing so they have freedom to do whatever they want and they've been working on it for over a year now. They got almost 6 times the amount of funding they requested and they were obviously overwhelmed by the response. You can tell by the updates they do every month that they are totally amazed and grateful for the support and patience from the backers (we were originally supposed to get it last October and then April but it's been delayed). For the most part people have said we backed them without knowing what they'd do. We believe in their music and have told them to take the time they need to perfect it. They have all these other great artists collaborating with them too. I can't wait to get my POS USB drive! I hope the album is huge for them!!!
