Except the Blazers don't control that anymore, the City of Portland does.
Not true. The Blazers run and operate the Moda Center. That was part of the $1 purchase agreement.

That’s Orange Taco. Not chicken.
Amusing quote from that story:Tom Dundon was sitting with Jody and Joe at the game last night.

Tom Dundon watched the Trail Blazers lose their opener, but he also saw the future of his new team | Bill Oram
The incoming owner of the Trail Blazers made a surprise appearance courtside next to Jody Allen, signaling the transition is underway.www.oregonlive.com
Were you planning on kissing either of them? That picture doesn't do Joe or Jody any favors.
Were you planning on kissing either of them?
Oh I thought you were trying to say they looked uglyNot sure how pointing out how the other people in the pictures looked like they were engaged in conversation or at least looked like they weren't pissed or a confused country bumpkin has anything to do with kissing either. Not everything has to do with sex.

I mean, it’s The Oregonian. I assume any choice their editorial staff makes is designed to make Portland look bad.Nope. It's like they purposely picked pictures where Jody and Joe looked disinterested, and everyone else looked like they were super excited.

Canzano article out saying under the sale agreement the Allen foundation retains 20% stake in the Blazers, so uncle Bert and Jody ain’t goin’ nowhere

The Portland Trail Blazers, now with 80% less Bert!
Sounds pretty good to me.
I can't imagine Dundon will let Kolde have input.Canzano article out saying under the sale agreement the Allen foundation retains 20% stake in the Blazers, so uncle Bert and Jody ain’t goin’ nowhere

I'm fine with the 20%, reduces the cash that new owners had to come up with. I'm guess that might be the reason more than Jody/Allen foundation wanting to keep a stake.
