I'm not sure why so many people are working overtime to dismiss Trent

yeah, it has only been 10 games in Toronto but he's in a completely new system in a completely new environment and has been thrust into a starting role. Per36 he's averaging 20 points. He's shooting 47% on FG's when his career mark is 43%; He's 41% on three's when his career mark is 40%; he's shooting 52% on two's when his career mark is 46%. He's upped his rebounds by over 1 per36. He's at or near career highs in Per & TS%. He's elevated his rebound rate and assist rate while lowering his turnover rate

yeah, he's inconsistent but that's pretty expected at this point in his career. Powell is a better player now, but he might not be next season

Trent’s numbers are skewed by one 17/19 game. How do you have a 17/19 game and not average 50% from the field?

They beat those teams because their record is 31-23. That is the only reason. You gotta dig deeper than this! If they only had 23 wins and 31 losses they wouldn't have beat all those teams.
