The one team I don't want to see in the playoffs is the Clippers. I would hate to see Blazers slip to 6th.

I just looked. First time this season I've started counting down the games. When I had Coolstandings.com I was watching much earlier each season but they went kaput.

Howard's knee means that even if he plays he sucks. They will go 4-8, we will go 5-7, and we'll get HCA.

That's what people said about 2011 Lakers. They were in the same position. Had been to last 3 Finals and won the last 2. They struggled a little in the season and everyone said they'd flip a switch. Instead, they got swept by a Dallas team that most people thought would lose to us in the first round. Getting to the Finals 4 straight times is nearly impossible and hasn't happened in almost 50 years. Miami is vulnerable. Especially against the Nets who have been one of the best teams in the league in 2014.

Edit: it's only been 30 years since Boston went to 4 straight Finals.

Edit: What is bad about it (as I rip myself) is I predict they will be in the bottom half of the playoff teams. Not only are they not in the bottom half, they are #1 in the entire league just crushing teams down the playoff stretch. I can sure pick em.
