Watch the Thunder win in 7 only to lose to the Heat in 5... again.
Ibaka did not get the Thunder this far. They will get by on all the questionable calls from the NBA in their favor.
Ibaka is one of the best defensive players in the nba. To say he hasn't been important is an ignorant display of disrespect.
He is great a defense player. But he had nothing to do with the Thunder's 4 point plats in the first round. And he had nothing to do with back to back games that had the Thunder in favor on the calls.
There is a reason he leads the league in blocks multiple years and not get DPOY.
Stop drinking the Kool-Aid.
Former Golden State Warriors coach Mark Jackson has agreed to a multiyear deal to rejoin ESPN's lead NBA announcing team.
Jackson is scheduled to work the Eastern Conference finals and NBA Finals with Mike Breen and Jeff Van Gundy. They called the last of their five straight NBA Finals together in 2011. ESPN is making the announcement Saturday.
Jackson then went straight from TV to coaching and led the Warriors to the playoffs the last two seasons. But he was fired earlier this month after Golden State went 51-31 and lost to the Los Angeles Clippers in the first round. The Warriors have hired Steve Kerr, another analyst without coaching experience.
Jackson played 17 seasons in the NBA and is fourth on the career list with 10,334 assists.
lol @ national media... lets not make it obvious that the NBA is going to have the East win the title.
The tagline for the ECF? "A champion will rise"... *sigh*
A champion WILL rise. What's the issue? One of them will win the Eastern Conference Cahampionship
I never pegged you to be one of the "everyone gets a trophy" crowd.
Nothing wrong with that. Actually I'm going to start calling the Blazers a first round champion!
Let's put the banner next to the division champ banners and Larry Steele retired jersey.

The heat aren't 3 peating unless Indiana gives them a challenge
So then, a champion will rise in the west? Or is that not what they are saying. See how that works?
Maybe they have a different slogan for the west?
