Once we know the plan or direction of the team we can answer thatQuestion, if Grant was making half of what he's making, how would you see him as part of this team?

If sharpe is Him, it won't matter if Grant is on the team or notcan't believe we're in year 4 of sharpe's career and we're at 'well, jerami grant has to start to keep his trade value from cratering inside of the existing crater.'
Don't worry - it will only continue until 2028.can't believe we're in year 4 of sharpe's career and we're at 'well, jerami grant has to start to keep his trade value from cratering inside of the existing crater.'

His fashion game is a lot like SGA!
If only his actual game was too.
So sounds like the Lakers wouldn't even want to ship off their crap unused parts for Grant?

Same salary this year and Vanderbilt has same 3 year contract. So for LA its basically getting 3 years of Grant for $40 million total - not too many dollars. But sucks if we can't even get rid of him for such little/zero value.
Could Vanderbilt play a defensive backup role for us? If so this gets us out of 2/3 of Grant contract.Gotta be honest....... I'd rather keep Grant. That's a steaming pile of shit and Cronin has shown that he won't offload a contract just to offload it and bring back garbage.
Problem is that Grant can shoot. Or at least he has shown in the past that he can shoot. It's all going to hinge on his attitude.Could Vanderbilt play a defensive backup role for us? If so this gets us out of 2/3 of Grant contract.
If we think Grant can accept a reduced role probably better to roll with the roster as is and see how it goes.
it's not the worse thing in the world, like I mentioned somewhere else, he keeps Deni and Tou from being complacent,Grant isn't going anywhere
They only have three and a half months to do it.Don't forget that Washington is literally required to ACQUIRE salary ($11M?) to reach the league minimum, so...

Cam Thomas QO is about that much.Brooklyn... Not Washington.
why would we trade for p will? just to get rid of grant? i don't think this move excites me, curious what others feelHas anyone floated this one? Bulls are sick of Patrick Williams, I think, and might want a veteran influence on their team.

Alternatively could they re-route Okoro (unless they actually value him)?

In answer to your question, YES. The advantage of PWill is simply that he would be lower down the hierarchy and there would be no sense of obligation to start him or play him x minutes over the guys we want to play.why would we trade for p will? just to get rid of grant? i don't think this move excites me, curious what others feel
I'm going to go back and correct it!Brooklyn... Not Washington.
Jerami Grant will be a Blazer at the start of
next season. If not, it would be done by now.
Grant for KumingaThat's not how this works.
