I want a 64 team championship conference. With historically dictated divisions.

All PAC12 teams would be in the Pacific Division. I guess Colorado and Utah could go to a mountain division with the Big 12 or whatever, but that's what needs to happen.

All 64 teams should get an equal share of the national media deals that are currently in place, and they should be allowed to make local media deals as well, which they get to keep.
