If the Ducks beat UW, I think they jump FSU up to #3. FSU would not be favored against anyone in the Top 8 right now regardless of them being undefeated. Georgia would CRUSH Florida State while I think the Ducks vs the Wolverines would be a slugfest with the Ducks ability to score giving them a narrow victory. Then sadly, the Ducks would lose to the Bulldogs like everyone else has for the passed 3 years.

Today, Joel Klatt said Oregon would probably be favored against Michigan. But then at the same time said that if Alabama wins vs Georgia that Alabama leaps Oregon and it’s Oregon’s only possible way of not making it. If of course Oregon beats Washington.

he has two career receptions, others are above him on the depth chart.

The WR who has largely stepped back from a bigger previous role is Kris Hutson. I'm guessing both Franklin and Johnson are gone after this season and if so there will be big roles available.

And yet Nix has sat the equivalent of 2 full games because we were up by so many points. His stats would be significantly higher if we left him in games. He had 6 TDs against ASU in the first half and basically didn't play at all in the second half.

Also, LSU is mediocre and has lost three games.... so yeah.... Nix has more garbage time

Moore is from Michigan and Smith has no QBs on the roster, so starting for the Spartans would seem like a lock.

Michigan is my Alma Mater but I don’t care about them much. Outside of the Fab Five which were my class, I’ve never felt connected to them. I grew up around the corner from Autzen. Moved there in 1980. I’m sick of getting disappointed EVERY year. Winning the championship would be the biggest thing that’s happened to the city of Eugene in my lifetime. I’m no football fanatic because the NFL doesn’t have an Oregon team but damn if U of O could win this, it’d be nuts!

He struggled, but it was as a Freshman in a conference loaded with good to very good QBs. He seems like an easy fit for the Ducks with whom he already had committed once.
