yes and your first question implied I said something I didn’t. So it was a bizarre question from the get go.

Why you love to spin circles and then talk down to those who don’t play your game is beyond me.
Why you can’t just take a statement for what it is without having to twist it into “your conversation” is beyond me.
You just love to argue, spin people’s words around and then talk down to them when they correct you on their original statement, you spin into some argument so you can feel better than thou? I dunno…
It’s humorous though.
Carry on…jebuz…
Stepping out of this. Can’t make a statement on its own without dude having an issue and demeaning my “contribution”…

wtf. Lol.
Didn't read. Thanks again.

Is Dante Moore going to discourage A Smith jr from signing with Ducks?

I was told the brand was going to take a hit because they lost that last game to Washington.
Hahaha... I'd think you're joking, but we've seen how fans can greatly overreact to a win or a loss, so I can believe someone said it.

As long as rival fans are saying Oregon is just getting guys because they dropped their bag and have cool uniforms, I know things are going right. I dislike that the scenario of losing to Washington hurt the brand can even be said. I'm tired of losing to them already!

I don’t think so. Dante will probably sit next year. Smith comes in for 2025 and will probably sit during Dante’s year and then it’s possible Dante goes pro after 2025.

I agree!

I actually think there is less than a 50/50 chance Moore redshirts next year. If Moore plays great in 2025 he'll be eligible for the next draft.

If Smith's expectation was to come to Oregon and start in 2025, then he was likely to always flip somewhere else. I can't see Oregon starting a true freshman to begin a season, for the same reasons we saw with Moore at UCLA,

Bo was extremely durable. Hard to believe that we go another year without an injury to our starting QB. Two QBs will be needed for a tough 13-game season next year.

On top of Nolen being an Ole Miss lean, all the recent reporting has Cayden Green as a Missouri lean. Looks like Oregon is likely to miss out on #1/#8 on this list... though things can change quickly!
Green off the board. To Missouri as anticipated.

What's to like about the AutoZone Liberty Bowl?

I went a little (maybe a lot) hot take pissed off about the bowl selection committees choice for the Ducks. People on here suspected I was trolling though really not and honestly more upset about the choice.
In the end the Brand as I was told is winning over.

All good... Those Washington losses were gut punches and being frustrated could easily roll over into things like the Fiesta Bowl selection.

At least at wasn't the actual Liberty Bowl!

Im not joking, it was a legit discussion in this very thread lol

I’ve just been calling it the Liberty Bowl.
Not sure Liberty University will be much of a game but on the other side of that I can be happy they are getting some exposure for having a great season.

I hope it's not close...

Having said that, G5 teams have been competitive in the majority of the NY6 bowl games they've played, while no loser in the P12 championship game has ever won their bowl game.

I watched Montana and North Dakota play the other day. Those are some good teams. They might give a few teams in the top 25 a run.

I'd say Liberty is better than both, but I agree those are two well coached, hard-nosed teams.

That was the FCS championship I believe? It's Division 1 but I agree might not hold up to Liberty?
Not sure Conference USA has much more talent than Big Sky Conference in most years?

Agreed... Conference USA is bad and is getting worse each year.

Have you tossed in some money?

I do give monthly. Wouldn't be right of me to piss and moan that we're not getting better players if I didn't at least give something. I also donate to the Duck Athletic Fund.

Neither are life changing amounts, but if everyone at Autzen gave what I gave each year, it would more than triple the estimated amount of what the collective gives out now, and Oregon's collectives are near the top in the country as is. People underestimate how far a little bit of money from a lot of people can go, they want Phil to pay for it all.

I would actually guess that most fans have no idea that they can donate or how to donate.

I agree... seems like a major missed opportunity. Though I also suspect a lot of people are like "Phil gives millions every year, so my $50/month won't make a difference."

Until you go $50 x 12 months = $600 x 55,000 people = $33m/year. Most estimates I've heard have the top collectives paying football players at or around $10m/year.
