The visit list for this weekend also includes two Brandons. Oregon 2025 verbal commit from Maryland CB Brandon Finney is scheduled to be in town as somewhat of a surprise. The murmurs for months have been he's going to flip to Penn State so this is a very good development that hopefully helps the chances of him sticking. He's been shooting up the rankings his Senior year and sits just outside 5* status. The 2nd is 2026 athlete Brandon Arrington from the burbs of San Diego. Likely a DB in college, he brings top end speed having just won the California state sprinting titles in the 100M & 200M. Listed 6'2 180, he's a high 4 or 5* depending on the service

So I’m rooting for Indiana right now now. I just don’t want to play OSU again. Is my way of thinking correct?

Except the Big 10 Championship game is being played in Indianapolis.

But I'm rooting for Indiana too.

And they just scored.

That stadium is going to be an 80/20 split. Our Duck fans will be the 20% in the stands. I wish I knew more about these Midwest teams, but I’ll take our chances against Indy.

If Indiana proves they’re “for real” in this game, all things being equal I’d probably prefer playing OSU

OL is destroyed
CB #1 is a self implosion waiting to happen

call me crazy, Indiana seems to have better schemes and coaching

OSU has higher overall talent but meh

Talent wins….I’ll take the unknown now that I think of it! Go HOOSIERS!!!!!

Indiana is what we knew they were.

Good time to watch this if you haven't yet for 2024. Definitely needs annual viewing.

"The Bears are who we thought they were. That's why we took the damn field."

"If you wanna crown 'em, then crown their ass."

They’re gonna have to do away with conference championships. It’s one more game and honestly how can fans be expected to travel this much? Duck fans might have to travel to four different places if we win the B1G championship and then win every round up to the Natty. How many people can afford that?

there is growing momentum to eliminate those games, but it's big money for the media so it's unlikely to happen before the next round of media deals in 2030-31

Did I see that it COULD be another team, and NOT OSU?

TAM and Alabama losing...honestly wouldn't usually care but Smart's comments the other day now make me really happy...he just comes across as super freakin' whiny then and now...

If ever there was a year where the Ducks could win the Natty. This is the year.

I’ve never seen so much parity in college football. No real dominant teams. Kind of surprising considering what people thought the NIL would do.

But I guess the modern transfer portal kind of counter balances that.

Deshaun Foster has done a helluva job coaching UCLA.

Also, weird seeing Eric Bienemy tossed around for head coaching jobs in the NFL and he’s stuck at UCLA offensive coordinator the past few years.

Bienemy has only been the OC and assistant head coach at UCLA since Feb 2024.

I think if it was like past years yes. But with the expanded playoffs there's an extra game or two where if things don't go your way you're out.

The national rivals guys relay that Oregon verbal CB from Maryland Brandon Finney who is in Eugene right now, is back to "locked in" status with the Ducks. It was rumored for quite a while that he was going to flip to much closer to home Penn State.

Early National Signing Day is just 10 days away running Dec 4-6.
