New approach Oregon has been gathering signatures needed to put their measure on the upcoming ballots.

In 2012 a different legalization initiative lost at a margin of 53-47%. That initiative was worded very poorly, and did not do a very good job of defining the regulation of marijuana.
This new measure proposed by New approach Oregon is much more specific and polls in April show an increased percentage of Oregonians who support it.

With Oregon being one of the long time forerunners in the medical use, and de-criminalization of marijuana it might come as no surprise that 54% showed support while only 38% opposed.
Granted the sample size in that poll is too small to be sure, it certainly gives the perception that Oregon is poised to be he 3rd state to legalize the adult use of marijuana.
