Happy to see Men's basketball recruiting improvements. Tinkle had some decent years but he road the coattails of his son and the Thompson brothers (assistant coaches sons)
Eubanks and GP2 were good recruits too, but not necessarily people he had to fight for. Gp2 was legacy and Eubanks was in state (Troutdale Shaq). Tinkle definitely seemed like a better coach than a recruiter.

Just saw today the Beavs landed Legend Smiley in the transfer portal. Hard working kid from the University of San Francisco. Followed your new associate head coach Plank from USF. Originally out of Seattle. Great get for your Beavs. Really good kid, very close friends with my daughter, got to know him down there.
