Nah, MCLs are vascular so they heal with rest and depending on the severity of the "sprain" 8 weeks sounds about right.

Yeah, but he'll probably still be playing with pain for another couple months after he returns. My grade 2 MCL sprain in August wasn't completely back to normal until early December, and that was without the rigors of NBA ball.

Yeah maybe, but it's not like Zach ever did a lot of running or leaping. He probably won't be fully himself, but if anybody can be functional while he rounds back into shape it's Zach with his below the rim game.
