ONE point in the 4 overtime periods vs Memphis. He's the anti-Lillard.

Remember when you said that OKC was trash without him? I still think they are a better team without him.

He's Durant's Kryptonite. haha. Fuck OKC, Durant and Westbrick.

It would be so awesome if they go down, but you never know....league likes them. could write a story if they do go down.

It turns out they're trash with AND without him. Because Kevin DurCan't doesn't deliver when it matters.

I think they'll have to keep Durant and Westbrook as their core. They may have to try to do a consolidation trade though with their role players.

They should trade Westbrook and start Reggie Jackson, but I doubt they'll do that since they already traded Harden for nothing.

What they should do is trade ibaka and Westbrick to Chicago for Noah and butler.

With Gasol healthy Memphis would have most likely won 55+ games and have HCA in the playoffs. One could even argue they'd be a top 3 seed they're that good. No one wanted them in the first round. Can you imagine if it was Memphis vs Clippers again? Memphis would stomp all over them.
No one wants to face a Healthy Memphis team if they can avoid it...
Credit goes to Memphis for turning OKC into volume shooters. Proving the "advanced statistics" wrong.

decent clutch defense and score to send game actually into OT last night though... but seriously frak that guy

BULLS gettin' Carmelo. Aside from that, its a horrible trade for Chicago.

They should trade Westbrook for Rondo. That trade would make a lot of sense for them. Either that or trade him for Kevin Love.

westbrook for kevin love isn't a bad idea tbh. But how would their bigs play together? Kevin love isn't a Center and Ibaka about as big as Durant...

Do they get rid of perk or ibaka if they get love? or both? Because ibaka can't make up for the defensive lapses by Kevin Lo....Harden.

I disagree:

6'10" 245. He can play Center in a league where there are only 3-4 good big centers.

Maybe we should be crediting Tony Allen and Mike Conley instead of just blasting on Westbrook.

Why? Westbrook does this year round. It's not like he suddenly changes when he plays Memphis. He's a gunner.

Why do you have such a boner for Memphis?

I will not deny that Westbrook is a gunner but without great defense he is often still able to find ways to score. He is still also averaging nearly a triple double in the series.

Conley and especially Allen have been playing great defense on him.

Allen has also been dominating Durant as well holding him to 36.3% shooting when he is on the court.

I just respect great defense and therefore I like Memphis, it is the same reason I respect the Bulls, and rooted for the Pistons for years.
