Seattle has a connection to Harvin. The team's offensive coordinator, Darrell Bevell, held the same job with Minnesota when the Vikings drafted Harvin in 2009. Harvin also will be reunited with receiver Sidney Rice, who was his one-time teammate in Minnesota

i like percy man, hes a great talent, but please

he has averaged less than 12 ypc for his career, and less than 11pc last year, and was on pace for 5 touchdowns

but i like the player, just not the trade

I don't love giving up the 1st, but Schneider would've probably taken a 2nd-round talent there anyway and then used his 2nd and 3rds for his RoY candidates.

I don't think Harvin's top 5, but he's definitely a #1-caliber, and with he and Rice on the outsides that makes the D pick their poison. And we know Wilson can throw a deep ball.

Dude, there's no way Harvin is a top 5 receiver, you just look silly.

It's not like it's top 5 or bust, he's still a #1 receiver, if he can ever stay healthy.

The bummer is that they give up a relatively low salary quality pick and get hit with what will probably be a large veteran salary. It's a pretty big change in their salary cap situation. Of course, they're paying their starting QB not so much, so maybe they're just using that flexibility.

Unsure about boldin to sf. A 6th is cheap sure, but 6 million for boldin when he duplicates some of what Crabtree does is a head scratcher. I'd rather have offered moss 2-3 million to stay
