Regardless that was a nice run to end the half. We need to come out with that same energy and effort in the 3rd and hang around. I would hate to see us be in a siuation down by like 13 in the 4th and have to try and come back again.

I would like to see it too, but I thought Dame was trying to snake around Asik and Asik moved forward to body him and stuffed Lillard's momentum. His arms were up, but that wasn't my problem with that play. I thought Dame took a substantial hit to the body. Par for the course though that half. We're still in this.

For the record I never gave up on the team. I doubt anyone else did either because we know the team will not give up. Our despair is fueled by crooked officiating.

All contact is not illegal. Again, I'd have to see it again but to me it looked like Dame created the contact on a defender who was jumping straight up in his vertical plane.

Chuck has this right. They're not doing anything different than they have all season in this game. No way they can sustain leads.

That's a good point. As horrific as the first half of the second quarter was (the only thing worse than our play was the refereeing) it's impressive we are only down 8.

I don't know why they hammer Lin so badly in Houston. He's not perfect, but he runs the offense much better than Beverley.

We close out the quarter with a 12-5 run.. ok a luck hail mary shot by lin.. we are in this game right back.. Cmon Blazers Get them nervous.. Close game are huge for the blazers here. this is a big chance that the Rockets taking badshots with the nervousity..

Well, I didn't see any replay so it's hard to say for sure, but Dame was running away from the basket. He was coming across the key. How can Asik be jumping straight up when Dame isn't even going straight at the hoop?

Beverley fucks up too. Nobody says shit. They spent the last two days yelling at Lin over that turnover in regulation, but it was Beverley who got his pocket picked to end the game.

We were down 21-9 in that quarter at one point. Ended 26-21

Still blame Harden for that. He brought his defender (Wes) right into Beverley as Dame was pushing him into the baseline and forced him to spin away.
