yeah, but when was the last time any team went into the playoffs completely healthy? That's a pretty strict standard you're using to gauge the Dame/CJ team.
* Mo Williams missed 3 games in the 2013-14 playoffs because of injury and Dorell Wright had a bum ankle
* Matthews missed the 2014-15 playoffs, Lopez had a wrap on his hand from a mid-season fracture, and Afflalo missed 2 games from a sprained ankle
* Blazers were healthy in 2015-16, but then the Clippers weren't, and the only game they won against Golden State, Curry was out (for the 1st three games)
* Nurkic only played 17 minutes in the 2016-17 playoffs
* Harkless played only 2 games in 2017-18
* Nurkic was out last season and Kanter was injured
in other words, Portland has only been completely healthy in one playoff out of six, and I think that's probably about the same for all teams. If that's the standard you're using to judge the Dame-CJ pairing it's a standard that likely won't ever be met. I mean, if the Blazers make the playoffs this season, Hood will be out and best case is Nurk and Collins not being anywhere close to normal. So that would be one year out of seven the Blazers have been healthy. It's a strange standard to use IMO, unless the goal is to excuse playoff failures.
and as far as Harkless being hobbled two years ago, it would be a more credible excuse if Portland didn't get swept while having HCA. By the way, the Pelicans were missing Demarcus Cousins for that series
