Of course there were. Every budget is voted on. Our entire government is funded by the budget. Bush did not take out a personal loan from China to fund his Halliburton crusades.

If you have no partners, you'd file as a sole proprietor and deduct business expenses on Schedule C.

Even if you have partners and incorporate as an S corp or form an LLC, you'll file your share of taxes on the business as individuals, again using Schedule C.

S corps, LLCs and sole proprietorships allow the owners to draw money from the company (often in lieu of salary) without the company having to pay tax as it would on dividends. That is, a C corp would pay dividends which would be taxed, then the dividend taxed again as income to the individual.

Fact checking about the exacts of how much bigger Libya is than Syria. Boy, that's going to ease the 47% that have been alienated.....

There hasn't been a budget passed by the Democrats in the senate for 3 years.

you bring up the 47 percent, have yo ever listened to the whole sound bite? Have you bothered to take it in context? You are with out a doudt part of that 47 percent he spoke of, people that Romney has zero chance of winning to his side..

I think the point Biden was making, done properly or not, is whatever "substance" Ryan was spewing was a bunch of malarkey.

You would almost have to be a political expert to know if what either is saying in substance is accurate.
