I think so, as if from a medical retirement... the injury in this case is death.
Why didn't the Pistons just put a hit out on J-Smoove?

Olshey: "we're prepared to give you ten million a year."
Matthews: "I want what Nico got."
Olshey: "Trust me you don't"
Matthews: "I'm pretty sure I do."
Neil (gets on the phone): "This is Neil. Yeah, make it look like an accident"
Matthews: "Ten million sounds great."

The fact that Mathews said that he's definitely looking forward to free agency is what bothers me.
He sure as hell deserves to look forward to itWhy wouldn't he look forward to it? He's going to get a new contract for a lot of money.
The only plus for NBA teams hoping Matthews will leave Portland is the old regime, and not current Portland general manager Neil Olshey, acquired Matthews.

ShockingWhat are they going to do, offer him the max? Portland will give him 10 mil. I'd let LA walk before Matthews. I think Portland wouldn't mind going over the cap, with the understanding that Batum won't be making 12 mil on his next contract.

Lets hope thats all he's looking forward to out of free agency.
Too? To? Two? You know the difference?
Forgive me if I'm having a BG moment here...
Was he in error?

He always is.
Between the too of you, not sure which to of you would get it right if I gave you to chances to get it right between you too. Two often it takes to many guesses.
That was hard.
Because you can't put the phrases "shoots and hits" and "Josh Smith" anywhere near each other.

Geez I HOPE we can sign him for 10 mil. But I seriously doubt that will happen
"Diamond in the rough"?In fact, the Blazers have a diamond in the rough in starting 6-foot-5 shooting guard Wesley Matthews, a broad-shouldered stalwart defender who has a deft perimeter-shooting touch and will become a free agent July 1.
"Diamond in the rough"? Yeah, because Wesley Matthews is a "project".
I don't think that phrase means what he thinks it means.
Do you like giving a hard time to two, too?Between the too of you, not sure which to of you would get it right if I gave you to chances to get it right between you too. Two often it takes to many guesses.
