Might as well accept that we are going to have to deal with 4 more years of a shit President in the White House.

While talking endlessly about Biden.... Anyone notice Trump's racist reference to "Black jobs"? As in immigrants are taking black jobs. You know, really crappy jobs that are fit only for black people.
Black Twitter today is full of selfies of legislators, doctors and others going to their "Black jobs".

That's really cute but utterly ineffectual.

That's something that has always annoyed me. The only jobs that illegals have "taken" are drug dealers. Illegals just don't show up to someone's workplace, shove someone out of the way, and take their job. Someone has to hire them. Someone is making a choice to fire legal workers and hire illegal ones.

I caught that comment immediately and was floored......until I remembered it was Trump. Hopefully Black voters are paying attention.

I noticed it too. He meant to say it because it's a dog whistle.

Biden is a professionaly trained liar.

He attended school to become a lawyer. The two main topics taught are procedure, and how to make the truth sound like a lie, while making a lie sound like the truth

The best lawyers at procedure become judges. The best liars become politicians.

And the jobs no one wants like picking fruit from orchards and such. The kind of Jobs one has to stand outside of Home Depot and wait for 'employers' to pull up to get. According to Trump these are black and Hispanic jobs.

So if Biden is a professional liar, yet Trump is on the books for tens of thousands of provable and confirmed lies, what does that make Trump?

I'll wait.

That video showing Nancy Pelosi admitting she was responsible for violence on January 6? Didn't happen.
What she said was that Congress should have been better prepared for the violence. And that as speaker she takes responsibility.
Taking responsibility is something Trump never does.
The 10,000 national guard troops she turned down was an invention of Trump.

That's part of the plan. That's how you keep wages low. That's why neither party actually wants to fix immigration.

It was getting a lot of play on social media late last night.

Trump's just trying to keep his amateur status because he hadn't heard the Olympics allow professionals now.

Trump didn't win the debate. Biden didn't win it either. Biden's performance did lose him the debate in the end though. So badly democrats are trying to figure out a way to replace him.

If this is the best America can do: A convicted felon, and A doddering old shell of his former self. It is no wonder America is in trouble.

Good luck with this shit everyone. Either way we go, America loses...

Arguing with me is futile because you are ill-equipped to have an informed discussion.
You are watching a senile geriatric embody every aspect of those words, then deflecting the stark reality of it onto Trump using irrelevant examples. I understand Trump has many, many unsettling characteristics. We all know this. None of them happen to be senility. Address Trump’s actual faults at face value instead of just saying he is everything Biden is. It’s so tired and obvious. It is 3rd grade “no you are” debate.

It is true that immigrants fill a void by doing unsavory, low wage jobs. The problem is that the need for these jobs is not exponential. We don’t need 10 million new farm hands. When you let the flow of immigration go completely unmitigated you no longer have enough jobs to keep them all busy and instead they are a drain on the taxpayers, including the illegal farm hands here working.

Well, a little, but people seem to just brush aside that that convicted felon also tried to stop the peaceful transfer of power, said he'd be a dictator for at least his first day back in office, wants to end NATO, caused millions of Americans to suffer because he sent so many mixed messages about COVID and has gone into bankruptcy like a half-dozen times and had one of the worst economic presidencies in our country's history. Oh, yeah, he's only a couple of years younger than the doddering old shell of his former self and lies even when he doesn't have to.

It's not anywhere near an ideal situation, but comparing Biden's liabilities to Trump's is like saying Drew Brees had a weak arm so he's about the same as Mitch Trubitsky.

Let me ask anyone, aside from getting three SCOTUS justices, which really wasn't his doing as much as Mitch McConnell's, what exactly was the notable achievement of Trump's term in office? What is the big positive that he's known for?

Could you imagine being so charged up politically that it becomes a lifestyle.

That’s MAGA and I’ll never understand it. Trump has nothing in common with them.

Bizarro world that will be looked back at in history like Wtf

Decided to watch this thing after hearing about how disastrous it was. I think it's worth noting how debates sort of kick off election delirium season and stories gone in a day now last two weeks. I'm a contrarian prick at heart so the gaslighting on how Biden would go late in the first round as a wirey point guard did nothing for me. I get the impression that he's an old man, having old man problems, and it's been this way since the 2020 election. Reading up to this point, it sounds like I'm about to do the it's so sad to see grandpa Biden deteriorate on stage, how could they do this to him routine but that wasn't what I was seeing.

I genuinely believe the cope line from the Biden camp that he was overprepared. The closing statement was way too jumbled up and overwritten; much like whatever the hell that abortion turned immigrant murder horror story answer was. Trump is a soundbite guy, so I'm guessing they wanted to spotlight how shallow he is in comparison to a seasoned politician like Biden who (should be) deeply familiar with policy. It was the absolute wrong thing to do, you could see Biden doing a triple blink trying to remember his spots, his next talking point, doing cuts on the fly. His best moment to me felt totally spontaneous. Late in the debate as they're grilling Trump for being on some revenge mission, before they cut to break Biden says (brutal paraphrasing) "you lost and it broke you" that was good shit!

Trump clearly won the debate, but considering the headlines about a potential replacement, "off night" cope tweets and even some posts in this thread, it didn't come off as all that dire to me. To the point that I look at those panel shows suddenly acting like Joe is this spiraling mess a bit suspiciously.
