We head to Kauai during the allstar break, these pics get me pumped to get over there.

Was my first time ever going. Loved every bit of it. We have someone here who owns a home on the big island, right? Am jealous. Would love 80 degree temps year round.

Mountain View. It’s 15-20 minutes up from Hilo (and beaches) on the east side of the Big Island. 15 minutes down from the entrance of the Volcanoes National Park (Kilauea). Lava Zone 3, so it’s considered to essentially have the same volcano risk as much of the PNW. 1700 sq ft, 3 bed/3bath, 1/3 acre lot.

I’d like to be there full-time, but I live with three very demanding females…

I don't know if you guys know it, but there is that phenomena where water comes down from the sky. They call it rain, apparently. It makes everything outside wet. Also happens to be cold. Not sure what to do about it. But it made the roses in our front yard look very pretty.
