I'm still skeptical. The Chicago game was good, but I don't buy that it will be replicated against a team that's any good.

Kind of like when a player can't get a shot to go down, and when one finally drops, it "takes the lid off the basket" as the old timers used to say.At this point it was just nice to win a game and have something positive to talk about

I've literally never agreed with a post of yours more than this. The mere fact that he can get whistles from the refs, be a low post threat we haven't had in years and keeps Tolliver and Mario on the bench...... the experiment is a success so far. Regardless of our record.
Okay wtf, you're green now too? Is everyone around here getting a promotion?I'm still skeptical. The Chicago game was good, but I don't buy that it will be replicated against a team that's any good.
He's picking up things quick. Wait til we start running some plays with him in the right positionI'm still skeptical. The Chicago game was good, but I don't buy that it will be replicated against a team that's any good.
Are the Bucks any good? He had 18 points 7 rebounds and 4 assists against them in only his second game back and with no Dame or Whiteside.I'm still skeptical. The Chicago game was good, but I don't buy that it will be replicated against a team that's any good.
Everyone but you, monkey-boyOkay wtf, you're green now too? Is everyone around here getting a promotion?

I'm encouraged by the team finally playing a good game. At the same time, I'm still skeptical about Carmelo being a consistent integral contributor. Both can be and are simultaneously true.Maybe not, but we blew out an inferior team on their home court when we were struggling. I understand not wanting to set yourself up, but it's still early in the season. If you aren't going to be encouraged by something encouraging, what's the point?
Not me
But yes, I gave @PtldPlatypus, @Chris Craig, and @Strenuus promotions. They're doing great work.

Nobody...which is why I post here rather than opine via a media outlet. But who really cares what you think?![]()
Not true. I have taken your advice to f*** myself very seriously.I disagree, they really aren't available for us members. I sent them 57 private messages telling them that they do a terrible job and that they can go fuck themselves, and they have not replied ! Not even to a single one ! That's very unprofessional.

I've seen too many years of Stotts-ball to believe that the ball-movement was any more than an anomaly until I see it over an extended stretch. This homestand will tell us a lot.I don't know that he has to be. If he does it enough and is a threat it opens up the floor a lot more for everyone else.
I think between that and the way we moved the ball, that's a pretty good reason to feel good about our chances to turn it around. Sometimes teams don't move the basketball well and then it clicks. I can't remember many occasions when a team that moved the ball well for a game or two and reverted to not passing it. BTW, that also will help Carmelo to be a significant contributor more often than not. Shooters generally can always shoot. It's the ability to get their shot and the stamina to keep the proper range and form that diminishes with age. If he can get to open spots, he's a threat, whether he's shooting well or not, and that helps everyone.

I hope he does stay.So if the Melo redemption tour is a success, what are the odds he stays here next season?
Why can’t I see this agreement?I've literally never agreed with a post of yours more than this.
