Should the Blazers have interest in Jaren Jackson Jr.?

He's on a supermax and Memphis would want a haul. I don't see how this could makes sense for the Blazers.

In theory if the Blazers become a top4 west team I could see doing a trade like this as an all in move. But right now the Blazers aren't close enough to OKC, SAS etc to justify giving up the picks needed.

I don’t see Portland being a top four contending team with just hanging on to players they have and waiting we will be a good team but not good enough. We are going to have to take a big swing and find another star player at some point. Oh and Dame is 35 by the way.
